Breakfast

Start your vacation days off right with a selection from our breakfast menu. Breakfast is served daily from 7:15 am to 10:30 am on our covered patio overlooking the white sand beach of White Sound Harbor. Our menu boasts generous portions of a variety of breakfast dishes including omelettes, French Toast made with Bahamian bread, fluffy pancakes, traditional eggs benedict, fresh fruit and much more.

Continental Breakfast
your choice of croissant, bagel, english muffin or toast, small juice and coffee or tea

Breakfast Sandwich
your choice of egg with ham, bacon or sausage • add 50¢ for cheese served with small juice and coffee or tea

Hibiscus
2 eggs with toast, your choice of bacon, ham or sausage small juice and coffee or tea • add $1.00 for grits or breakfast potatoes

Oleander
pancakes (plain or blueberry), one egg, your choice of bacon, ham or sausage, small juice and coffee or tea • add $1.00 for grits or breakfast potatoes

Poinciana
french toast, your choice of bacon, ham or sausage, small juice and coffee or tea • add $1.00 for grits or breakfast potatoes

Casuarina
3 egg omelet with your choice of 2 fillings (onion, green pepper, tomato, bacon, ham or cheese) served with grits or breakfast potatoes, fruit garnish, toast or english muffin, choice of small juice and coffee or tea • extra fillings 50¢ each

Seafood Omelet
3 egg omelet with lobster, shrimp, onion, green pepper & cheddar cheese, served with grits or breakfast potatoes, toast or english muffin, choice of small juice and coffee or tea • extra fillings 50¢ each

Traditional Eggs Benedict
2 poached eggs over canadian bacon on toasted english muffin with hollandaise sauce, served with fruit garnish, small juice and coffee or tea • add $1.00 for grits or potatoes
