Dinner at The Green Turtle Club is a culinary experience not to be missed. Our dinner menu sets a new standard for Caribbean dining as our staff achieves culinary excellence with classic dishes and a knowledge of regional recipes that appeal to all palates.
The Green Turtle Club dinner menu changes nightly. The appetizer and/or soup and entree selections are available to you at the front desk. Guests must give these selections to the front desk prior to 5:00 pm so don't forget to come in from the sun and place your dinner order! Guests are offered their choice of dining locations. Experience the vibrancy of waterfront dining on our covered patio. In the evenings the tables are draped with linens so guests may dine by candlelight on the patio and enjoy views of White Sound Harbor under the moon. If you would prefer inside dining, The Club has a warm and elegant candlelit dining room as well.
A pre-dinner cocktail gathering, accompanied by complimentary hors d'oeuvres, begins nightly at 6:45 pm in the Yacht Club Pub. Board games and books are available to you and any new friends you have made. A log fire is lit on cool winter evenings, adding to the charm and ambience of the Yacht Club Pub.

pan roasted breast of duck with a tropical guava glaze grilled swordfish chop topped with a basil butter sauce tender veal and prosciutto topped with a delicate white wine sauce rack of lamb roasted tender and served with an Indian ratatouille local lobster tail encrusted in sesame seeds and topped with a delicious vanilla sauce grilled flank steak served in our house jerk sauce medallions of local lobster broiled in a rich, creamy rock shrimp sauce filet mignon sauteed with onions and sherry sauce veal chop grilled to perfection and topped with a porcini mushroom cream sauce a tantalizing blend of shredded local lobster tail simmered the native way in a tomato sauce with diced tomatoes, onions, celery and green pepper citrus marinated filet of mahi with a mango black bean salsa |
